About the project
Outfitting a tiny house is like working in a closet. Everything is very compact and must be meticulously planned to be as spacious and efficient as possible. Materials are carefully chosen to maximize comfort while keeping the axle weight as low as possible.
This is a very feature-rich tiny house, complete with multiple components serving dual purposes. A patented pantry staircase, slide out guest bed, and fold up bunk beds are just a few of the features we incorporated.
The exterior siding is LP Smartside lap siding and a corrugated steel roof. Double hung, vinyl windows on all sides allow natural light to flood the space, creating a more open feel. Maximized storage throughout includes a loft at one end, storage under the entryway bench, and dropdown compartments in the ceiling of the children’s room.
